Return & Refund Policy — Funbed

At Funbed, every product is insured and guaranteed until it safely arrives at your door.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with any issue, we offer 100% refund or a brand-new replacement, completely free of charge.

If you simply change your mind or wish to return a product without any defect, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your Funbed shows any manufacturing problem, deformation, or damage, we will immediately send you a new replacement at no cost.

Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@funbed.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions and label if applicable.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
