At Funbed, your happiness means everything to us. We know that every Funbed is made for your child’s comfort and joy — and we stand behind it completely.
If there’s any issue, defect, or missing part, we’ll fix it immediately and send a replacement via free express shipping. From our factory to your home, the full warranty and insurance are on us — until your Funbed arrives safely and perfectly.
If you notice any damage or problem after delivery, just contact us with a few photos. Our team will take care of it right away and send a replacement without delay.
If the product has no defect and you simply change your mind, you can still return it — but the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
To qualify for a return, the product must be clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please fill out our return form or send an email to support@funbed.com to start the process.
